    The Economic Development Authority. 

  • How long will the lease be?

    One year lease with the option to renew.

  • How much will be the monthly lease amount?


    • The lease amounts for the retail space will be $450 monthly.
    • The lease amount for the restaurant will be $700.

  • Are utilities included?

    Wi-Fi and trash collection is included.  The tenant will be responsible for lights and water.


  • Will the tenant be required to obtain rental insurance?

    Yes, that will be part of the lease agreement.

  • When will Market 5 open?

    This date is to be determined.  The anticipated date will be  November 2024 - January 2025.
